Location - Singapore
  • To manage large and mid-sized custom market research projects from pre-sales assistance through to project completion
  • To be a key interface between the client and the project team during the project
  • To manage distributed teams for specific projects, leveraging employees (both onshore and offshore), partners, and contractors to deliver successfully
  • To analyze the data collected from the field and to help prepare final deliverables to the client
  • To provide presentations to the end-client
  • To manage the financial aspects of each project including profit/loss, cash flows, payments to 3rd parties, billing cycles, etc.
  • To assist sales in proposal creation and project pricing
  • To assist with Asia, US and European focused projects
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of success and distinction
  • Previous experience managing custom research projects
  • Extensive project management skills with the ability to handle several projects at one time, working with and managing distributed teams
  • The ability to interact, communicate, and present to high-level contacts at our clients’ organizations
  • Advanced analytical and writing skills
  • Some knowledge of technology and the IT industry is preferred
  • Minimum 4-8 yrs experience in market research, consulting, or journalism
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an established and well-recognized university
  • A person who strives to take on a larger role and move into a management/leadership role to help Springboard as we continue to grow explosively
