                              take on a sales and business development role based 
                              in the United States.

                                - To sell and manage the sales process of market 
                                  research reports & services to IT vendors 
                                  and related companies
 
                                - To manage the sale from prospecting/marketing 
                                  to qualification, proposal, closing, and delivery
 
                                - To focus on further developing, prospecting 
                                  with, servicing, and selling to North American 
                                  accounts and managing all aspects of Springboard’s 
                                  engagement and communication with them
 
                                - To work with our Inside Sales team on further 
                                  expanding sales with these accounts and working 
                                  on larger projects coming from these accounts
 
                                - Giving feedback, insight, and perspectives 
                                  to help with marketing and communicating our 
                                  services from the marketing communications/marketing 
                                  front
 
                                - Giving feedback, insight, and perspectives 
                                  on the market to help with our strategy, product/service 
                                  direction, staffing, etc…

                                - The candidate must have a proven track record 
                                  of success and distinction
 
                                - Minimum 4-6 yrs experience in sales and business 
                                  development, preferably with a market research/information 
                                  services firm
 
                                - The ability to interact, communicate, and 
                                  present to high-level contacts at our clients’ 
                                  organizations
 
                                - Good communication skills and the ability 
                                  to effectively communicate via phone, email, 
                                  and in person/presenting
 
                                - Knowledge of technology and the IT industry 
                                  is preferred
 
                                - The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment 
                                  and work with people from many cultures
 
                                - A Bachelor’s Degree from an established 
                                  and well-recognized university
 
                                - A person who strives to take on a larger role 
                                  and move into a management/leadership role to 
                                  help Springboard as we continue to grow explosively
