Michael Barnes, Vice President, Software and Asia Pacific Research – Springboard Research
Max Chan is the Sales Manager for Sqware Peg in the Asia Region. He has over 10 years experience in the software industry with the last 5 years focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. He has held various roles over his career, moving from technical to product management to pre-sales and now in to sales. This has enabled him to gather a variety of knowledge in which he sees that Software as a Service is the way moving forward.

At Sqware Peg, Max focuses on promoting Salesforce.com in the Asia region by bringing Salesforce's revolutionary CRM applications and Force.com platform to companies of all sizes throughout the region, enabling them to improve customer satisfaction, raise productivity and lower costs.

Prior to Sqware Peg, Max was with Onyx Software, a leader in on-premise CRM solutions where he was responsible for channel and direct sales for the Asia region.
